- Open the BIDMC Patient Site link at https://patientsite.bidmc.org/Login.aspx.
- You will find a login page.
- Enter your Patient username and password.
- Press the Login button to access your Patient portal.
How To Change The Patient Site BI Portal Username?
- Visit the above URLhttps://patientsite.bidmc.org/ForgotUsername.aspx
- Enter your First name, last name, date of birth, and email address.
- Then, click on the “Retrieve Username” button.
How To Reset The Patient Site BI Login Password?
- Visit the Patient Site BIDMC at https://patientsite.bidmc.org/.
- Click the Forgot password link.
- Enter your username.
- Then, click on the Continue button.
- If you have an email registered with your patient portal, you will receive an email.
- Click the password reset link in your email.
- Create a new password.
