How do I log in to the Trios Patient Portal

You will need your patient user ID and password to log in to the Trios patient portal. You can login if you are a patient.

1. Visit the official site of Trios Patient Portal.
2. Click on the Patient Portal link in the top menu.
3. Enter your login credentials (Username, Password) now
4. Click on the Login button.
5. You will be redirected directly to your patient portal dashboard.
